Final Sale Policy:

  1. All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances, except as outlined below.

Quality Assurance:

   2. We are committed to delivering high-quality hair extensions. Each product undergoes rigorous quality control measures before shipment.

Quality Assurance (Defective or Damaged Products):

  3. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team at support@bytonyehair.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue for resolution.

Cancellation Period:

  4. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Shipping Costs:

  5. ByTonye Hair does not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product. Customers are responsible for any associated shipping costs.

Refused and Misplaced Deliveries:

  6. Refusing delivery does not qualify as a return. Any refused deliveries will incur a restocking fee, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

ByTonye Hair does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. All returns and return to shipper shipments will incur a 10% restock fee.

Pre-Orders:

 7. Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock or sold out but  will be shipped out at a future date. Preorders begin processing from time of purchase and so are not up for cancellation or alterations. Please note that Pre-Order shipping dates are subject to change by ByTonye Hair. Due to order volume, shipping delays and supply chain issues, shipping dates may vary frequently. We will update each item’s description and send out email alerts to reflect these changes as they occur.

Delayed Orders:

 8. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 business days from the expected ship date, ByTonye Hair will issue a full refund to the original form of payment.

Restocking Fee:

 9. In exceptional cases, customers may be refunded their order value, subject to a 10% restocking fee, or  issued store credit for the full amount. ByTonye Hair reserves the right to make this offer on a case by case basis.

Import Duties:

 10. Customers are responsible for any import duties incurred.

 11. ByTonye Hair reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Please refer to our website for the most current version.
