Cancellation Policy

You are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to your service time. This will allow for a smooth check-in and the opportunity to relax before your service. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the studio 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service. Cancellation of a concluded bookings requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. Rescheduling must be completed 24 hours before the service appointment and booked within the same month as the originally requested appointment. Clients arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time will be subjected to reduced service time. Furthermore, failure to arrive without notifying will result in a 100% cancellation fee from the total service cost. Reservations Advance booking are always recommended to guarantee your preferred treatment and time. Upgrades of packages/add-ons must be talked about within 72 hours prior to the day of service. Our policy requires providing an Online Payment to secure any of your appointment with us. Reservations will not be secured if such are not provided. Valuable We strongly urge guest to keep all valuable items at home as ByTonye Hair Studio will not be held responsible for any missing item. Please note, WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY. Payment expires after one month (Applicable to Open bookings Only). All deposits are non-refundable and non transferable. Arrivals To ensure your time with us is as pleasurable and as seamless as possible, we ask you to arrive at ByTonye Hair Studio a minimum of 10 minutes ahead of your schedule time. Early bird/ After hours are appointments available outside of business hours for a N20,000 up charge. (Regular business hours are from 11am-5pm) Medical Concerns Please notify us before any treatment if you have any physical ailments, allergies or disabilities, or are taking any medication and in case of pregnancy.
